What makes a “Top” PNM ?

Everyone in every house can see everything about every PNM. We look at their grades, involvement in high school (sports, clubs, honors, homecoming/prom queen), volunteering/community service, social media (do they look respectable or is their social media nothing but party/bikini pics). Then we look at their rec letters from alums to make sure they would be a good fit. And if we have other girls in our house from their hometown, they can address any concerns they have about a girl.

Not true. Everyone will know a girls’ resume. Honestly gpa is important, especially the first 2 rounds. Their HS is also important- especially if they attended an expensive southern private school for old row houses. If they connected with members prior to rush is a big deal too. A huge thing is for pmns to just be themselves. It truly shows. Just enjoy the process.
