pi beta phi ranking

i am a pnm and ive always loved pi phi, but is it just me or have they been ranked lower this year? i remember last year they were considered an upper mid house, but now they're mid at best. i don't really care about ranking but i'm just wondering if anything happened that made them drop. no hate at all, pi phi is a great house!!

Pi Phi is a fantastic house. They are very social. Just less drama and more low key.
