I really want to go DDD!! Tips?

I'm a PNM and DDD is my dream house. I have so many friends and mutuals who are Tri Delts, and everyone I've spoken to only has good things to say about the house. What kinda girls does Tri Delt look for and what should I do during rush to make the best impression on them? Also, how selective are they? Ik they're commonly ranked in the "upper-mid" tier, but idk what that means for competitive it is to get in.
