Is pike actually top tier because they seem to get a lot of hate for having the most parties and all the girls going

They're douchebags - many other houses have the same number of parties. A LOT of girls avoid PKA because of the violent actions of some of their members against girls.

Many girls love pike. Many more girls want nothing to do with pike. But closeted boys always have a home at pike.

If you’re comfortable spiking someone’s drink for your pledgeship, power to you. But if you have a conscience I’d avoid rushing them.
