Bumping this because this is the absolute truth right now and going into Fall rush.
It could be argued that XO and Zeta should be swapped (XO in tier 2 and Zeta in tier 1). The Zeta haters will come out full force on that one. Whether Zeta is loved or hated is THE controversy with every rank.
I also think ADpi is becoming more and more irrelevant especially now that so many NR houses are increasing in popularity among PNMs. ADpi isn’t popular with top Southern PNMs and has little to offer to OOR PNMs. They are a very strange combo and there are several houses in Tier 3 that I’d rather be in because they are more fun. IMO.

Zeta’s gpa definitely got better. Let’s see how spring looks. That may be a sign they are starting to raise recruitment standards. If their retention also gets better they may start to compete with old row.

Maybe someday if Zeta can raise their recruitment standards and stay off the COB list for a while they can work their way into top tier.
