seems like new row houses have trouble keeping their members until graduation. a lot of them end up dropping their chapter for various reasons.

Not all of us....some of us are able to keep 90% of our house through senior year. If you go to the retention list and look at the list - 50% of the houses with excellent retention are New Row. Stop trying to make yourselves look better, old row.
You're not better because you were invited to be on a beer poster eons ago...

It’s literally become North versus South on here like literally thinking maybe it’s time for an intervention. Each side could just list their grievances and then we all could hug and say we’ve made some progress then maybe create a new position in all of our chapters so we make this an annual thing.

Nothing happened. All I ever tried to do was help. I never tried to kill, traffick or harass you. You don’t even deserve a job at the local level, hider

No, you’re literally the first person to ever mention OR/NR retention rates on this website!

have you noticed that old row houses only take girls from either the same high school or state? Seems like they never want to be exposed to anything outside of their bubble. lol they always look the same and look like their mother's still pick out their clothes.

It’s pretty simple…those sororities that have more oos members will usually have retention rate issues just due to their members transferring out of Alabama for various reasons. That’s why it’s actually really smart to get in state members…they’re closer to home and the cost won’t affect them as much. Also, you won’t get the homesick bug if you are only a couple of hours from home.

I’m in a new row house and we’ve had some girls transfer back home in the middle of the year or ever at the end of this year because they missed how. It’s easier to keep members close to home, plus paying out of state tuition is expensive and can cause more financial issues later on

Certain new row houses that take a lot of OOR students usually have low retention rates. Bad sisterhood, fake friendships, OOR students missing home and transferring out, etc.
