If now is 2012, you are 100% right. Things that have happened on campus during the last 10 years since you graduated:
1. More out of state girls attend Bama. As a result, KD and KKG have become irrelevant to the majority of PNms because they only want in-state girls and irrelevant to all the frats because they only party with 3 frats on this campus.
2. PM and Zeta attract all the really, really cute girls. They are known for it. They are popular with PNM's because everyone wants to be in the pretty girl houses. They are the very top. AXO too.
3. Aphi keeps making mistakes BUT the frats love'em. We can say all kinds of mean things about why the frats love them but they do and denying it is stupid.
4. Because Bama is trying to elevate its academic rankings, more OOR girls with high grades (that get BIG scholarships) are going through recruitment. OR superiority doesn't mean crap anymore. This has allowed some mid NR houses to make some progress in popularity among PNMs- like PiPhi and DZ.
5. Since the new Bama freshman classes have higher average grades than they did a decade ago, the grades of a house are less important to the smart girls because they know they will do well in any house and all houses will have a group of President List girls. Because of this, AGD has slipped because its all they offer. So has XO.
6. Some houses that should be making progress because they have been on campus longer than other houses, have just stayed the same and they are mad that other bottom houses may surpass them. DG and Aopi fall into this category.
7. Other houses are surprising the row by doing much better at recruitment recently than anyone expected. Gphi and Theta are these houses.

This is it and as to number #7 Gphi has had super cute PC's the past 3 years and Theta's PC last year was really good. I think we are going to see the trend of KD snap bidding again this year because they will drop girls they shouldn't and AGD will pull another PC of the weird but cute super artsy yet super smart girls. IF I had to put my money on it after this years recruitment rankings will look something like this :
PM,ZTA, AXO - will get the PC's they want. They will have swept the row so to speak . ZTA like the last 2 years will have successfully recruited some of the top instate girls. These 3 will also have to make the biggest cuts.
AGD, KKK, DDD- They will also do well but will lose their top PNMs to the above 3. They will still have solid PC's with a big mix of girls.
Pi Phi, ALpha PHI , DZ, GPhi and ADII- will do well and have great PC's . They will be the top choice of tons of PNM's when the top 6 fall of their cards. I also think Theta will land here this year as well.
AOII , DZ, SK will be the same as always and their PC's will be filled with girls who just slipped through the cracks every where else. Nothing wrong with these chapters and they will see their recruitment as successful by making quota.
KD - will snap bid 20% of their PC on Sunday morning. They aren't what they think are , live in the past and it effects their recruiting practices. \n\n\n\n\n

I forgot Chi O and honestly not sure where exactly to put theme because they had a great PC last year. I think they will fall on line two and will basically get the girls who pref AXO and aren't on their top list

This is super accurate for this year and a good way to break the sororities down! Also I think you meant to say aoii, dg and sk getting the same pc’s they normally get instead of aoii, dz and sk
