Commentby: TBH it is sad
The problem is that APhi always claim to be the hot and TOP chapter at a lot of schools nationwide. they have been doing this for years and finally the ppl believe that bs. Unfortunately. Because a lot of APhi chapters have similar issues with lacking sisterhood, grades, retention and character… they do not respect their own fraternities values. It is so sad.

If G Phi is down because of sisterhood, and let’s face it numbers and grades too, than so is A Phi. And even if the personality is hit or miss, you can’t say DG is last with their numbers and grades. I think everything under the first two tiers should be:
ADPI/DZ/DG/AOPI
A Phi/G Phi/Theta/SK
This could be broken down more but I don’t think it’s necessary to have more than 4 tiers overall. IMO substance > style. Not everyone agrees but girls that care about sisterhood and school just don’t want to be in A Phi or G Phi.

Same reason Zeta is top of the top with similar issues lol. Strong in recruitment and social presence. “Hot” does in fact go a long way in aphis case bc that’s kind of their national brand and they are top of top at a lot of schools where that is valued. There’s so many OOS girls now and for the ones that can’t/don’t want OR, they are drawn to that and prob have aphi friends. Esp from the west/north/Midwest.
