Why is phi Mu top?

Phi mu at Alabama is known for being respected for their old money. Their 30 million $ mansion is also gorgeous and very impressive. I think it’s honestly just the rich factor and the fact that any phi mu at Alabama will be put together, gorgeous, and have great grades.

Lol someone is clearly a 50 year old alum that is still just as superficial as they are currently… this might have been true 5 years ago but not anymore they’re slipping also…. The newer sorority houses cost more than phi mus if you wanted to go there…. Their house is 12 million while houses like pi phi are 16 million and aopi and theta are 15 so… get out of here

Phi Mu has never been known for old money. They weren't even Old Row until the early 1990s. Obvs they have members from wealthy areas, but they don't traditionally draw from the same zip codes as the rest of OR.
