Golden Gooses VS Gucci Tennis Shoes 1977… which one?

Help me decide on a pair of shoes! I’m thinking of either a pair of golden gooses or the Gucci tennis shoes 1977. I know a lot of girls here wear all kinds of these shoes, so I really want some honest opinion. The Gucci pair is definitely more expensive ($650) than golden goose but I don’t think I’ll wear the Gucci shoes as much as I would wear the golden gooses simply because I’m scared the Gucci ones may get dirty. Like I’ll wear them but not regularly, just on special occasions (once a week).
Any advice loves? Also share your opinion if you have any of these shoes too. I would love to hear your thought process! 😊

So you are letting others’ opinions dictate your fashion choices? Who cares if someone makes snarky comments about your golden gooses or gucci shoes? They’re probably jealous and/or insecure. No one who’s secure with who they are will feel the need to question others’ fashion choices.

What about Gucci shoes is tacky? It’s literally Gucci.. I hate how the word “tacky” is slapped into everything these days. What shoes are not tacky to you then? Target sandals?

“Buy what you love.” So this doesn’t apply to GG or Gucci shoes? As a matter of fact, I really do love the Gucci marmont style. But I guess it doesn’t matter since it’s Gucci. Many people have mainstream interests… get over your holier than thou self.
