I feel like KD and KAPPA are good houses but only for a very specific type of girl, whereas the other houses could realistically be for any PNM

While some OOS PNMs might still want APhi I can assure you that a lot of PNMs don’t want do be associated to Aphi. This chapters reputation would hurt our resume.
We don’t want to wait until they might have rebuild. Facts are they have been in trouble and still are.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Resumes? Unless you stay the rest of your life in Alabama...gimme a break - Phi Mu? AGD? ADPi & KD are decent in most of Florida, but the rest of the country?

Tell me you’re from mountain Brook or mobile without telling me… KD and Kappa are only desired by a very specific type of girl, but overall pnms in general aren’t putting them at the top of their lists, especially those from oos/oor

KD KKG - absolutely not, unless you are from Mountain Brook.. XO is 2nd tier.

Hey out of touch Southern lady, KD and Kappa are not on the top anymore! What are you even talking about? The top is PM and Zeta. I know that tough news for your area code.
Theta is also not at the very bottom anymore either. Anyone who is still ranking them that low has no idea what has happened on campus in the last 3 years or is in a NR house that is stagnant and bitter about their recruitment success.

I definitely agree, but it’ll be hard for PNMS to forget the most recent scandals. I still think APHI is pretty strong, but maybe not as they could’ve been
