KD and KKG are high school all over again.

Most girls want PM or Zeta...
Local girls want KD or Kappa (or if super smart / involved AXO/XO)
Then in middle there is PBP, DDD, ADPI, AGD, DZ, Aphi and Theta. All great houses.
Then the rest.

You should really have one of your big donor alum friends see if they can sneak the prior years return rates for each round so you can see proof that Zeta is in fact way more popular than most OR houses .

it might take aphi awhile to "recover". They do have some fun / nice rising sophomores that ended up sticking it out with all of the scandal and drama this year. Not saying they can't, but not right away. They have a lot to prove to show they rise above...
