sharing info/Rec letters??

No. Recs are private and never shared or discussed. A rec must come from an alumna of that particular sorority and is only for that sorority. Any sorority that is required by their nationals to have a rec in order to offer a bid is going to drop most pnm's who don't have recs when they need to make their cuts. The exceptions are if they really really love a pnm, then they would procure a rec on her behalf so that they could put her on their bid list. It happens, but it's nothing to count on. And sorority members do talk about pnm's with their friends in other houses when they know certain pnm's or if there is something notable about them, good or bad, to share, and they take information back to their chapters and recruitment teams, but chapters don't collaborate together about the pnm pool.
