If you are out of state northern/west coast, I recommend going: APhi, DG, Pi Phi, AXO, Theta
If you OOS Western: Kappa, Theta, Tri Delt, and ZTA
If not from the south then stay away from: KD, Phi Mu, ADPi, AGD, AOii, and Chi O.

These are northern/western tops. Look at USC, Arizona, ASU, MiamiU, OSU, Indiana, Michigan, MSU, Boston, UCLA, UCSB, Chapman, Purdue, Texas, Texas Tech, SMU, Baylor, and so much more.

PKT + Chi O and ZTA for western is biggggg across Texas. And APhi, Pi Phi, and DG run the skinny influencer instragam models in most places. Pi Phi is definitely the sweet spot for both.
