They aren't at the top with Phi Mu, but great houses. Pretty accurate rank for 22.

PM is a top house just not for everyone: it has a pageant and hot public school vibe. This is not the house that MB (it’s more like a private school) and the private school girls want, just saying. AXO is the nerdier version of this. The girls are still pageant pretty but not as fun or cool so they are a step down.

No house is “for everyone” and that’s a good thing. I disagree about the private school statement. MB is not the measuring stick anymore. There are a ton of private school girls in all the houses, including PM and AXO.

MB is definitely not the measuring stick anymore - normal people do not want to go to college with everyone they went kindergarten through high school with.

I don’t think so Chi O had one of the best PC’s last year they out rushed all of OR.
I think we can clearly agree that the top 4 right now on campus based on desirability of PNM’s is Phi MU , ZEta, Chi O and AXO in no order.
These 4 will have the best return rates and get the girls they want .
KKG, AGD, DDD will be the next highest in terms of return rates and desirability and also get a lot of girls they want but will have to fill in their list with second choices.
Pi PHI , DZ, GPhi , ADii will come in 3rd and because they are looking at different type of PNM will get lots of their top choices. Lots of great and beautiful OOS, OOR and Alabama girls( not from the 3 M’s) will end up in these houses that didn’t end up on Zetas radar .
DG will have a they same cute smart PC as usual and will be pleased with it!
KAO will have another “glow up” PC and are really doing their best to rebrand ! They will out recruit AOII and SK. I think both of these chapters will struggle again this year.
Alpha Phi/ KD who knows but I think KD will fall again this year like the last 4 . They need to reevaluate their recruitment practices.
