University Houses

Let's stop the rumors of any Fraternity getting a house on University Blvd. They not, the University controls all land and no Fraternity is getting a house on it. All future houses will be on Bryce Drive. Just look at the University Master Plan and you will get your answer. The only Fraternities getting new houses are ZBT and Chi Phi as they will be losing their current houses based on Bryant Hall expansion.
