Recruitment hair help

Curly haired pnm coming to bama next year and needing advice -- HOW do you keep your hair from turning into frizzy mess during recruitment??? I am so stressed about this and I know it is stupid but I can't help it. I don't want to look like a stuck my finger in an electrical socket.
