I’m all for supporting all houses and all women, but Zeta is the opposite of what sororities were created to do. You join a sorority to have a home away from home while you’re in college. To surround yourself with women that will encourage you to be your best, study hard, make good grades, and be there for each other in college and afterwards.
Zeta offers none of that. All they want is to be the “hot girl house.” There are no lifelong friendships there. Most of the girls hate each other by the end of freshman year, which is why so many drop. They compete for the same guys and the whole thing feels very incestuous. If you’ve slept with one Zeta, you’ve slept with them all.

@Umm DUH! Their house as a whole is small with all of the scandals and drama they have had the past couple of years.

As long as they don’t see and admit the big issues nothing will change. They will keep on with their looks based recruitment (their VBR) and will get blonde skinny girls with blunt personalities who will keep them in trouble.

The three keys to any organization's livelihood are Recruitment, Recognition, and Retention. ZTA is one of the best at recruiting new girls. They really lack at recognizing the accomplishments of their sisters and they absolutely fail at retaining their members long-term. They spend so much time "sweeping" the row as they call it that they are too exhausted to do anything else.

name the hot girls. When I think of hot Zetas, I think - Gracie Lawler, Liv Hinton, and 1/2 of the Freshmen pledge class. All of the other ones drop after Freshman year. How can they be known at the "hot girl house" when the hot ones only stay for a year (two at most)?
