to the PC 22 PNMs!

hello!
if you’re reading this you’re probably a PNM coming into Bama and planning to rush for PC 22! we are so excited to have you! i remember for me i thought rush was going to be really scary. here are some tips and advice!
- letters of rec do matter, so if you’re aiming to be in a specific sorority, make sure you have strong letters of rec. if you don’t, a house probably won’t choose you the first round
-you don’t pick what houses you want to go back to the first two rounds, they pick you. but remember there are over 2,000 girls also competing for your spot, so don’t worry if you’re dropped by a house. everything happens for a reason and you’ll end up in the house that fits you best i promise
-rush isn’t scary at all, at least for me it wasn’t. it’s literally all about you! you’re going into a house to talk about YOURSELF and show who you are and your personality, so just go in and be yourself and if a house doesn’t pick you based off your awesomeness, they weren’t meant for you anyway
-making a strong resume that’s decorative literally doesn’t matter. i didn’t do that at all.
-just because a house is commenting on your posts doesn’t mean they will invite you the first two rounds. literally comments mean nothing
