New houses for srats

Tri delta house is less than 10 years old. I agree it is not as pretty as the other houses built in the past 10 years. Chi Omega is getting a new house soon. Sigma kappa will get a house when/if their membership gets closer to other houses

SK came on campus in 2018. Nationals say they have to fill the house (live-in) which they have. They must be on campus 4-5 years and be strong in membership. All of which has been accomplished. A new mansion is definitely in their future. They are a great group of girls! They get bashed on here for no good reason. Keep an open mind, ladies.

Why would chi o get a new house when they have one? Also wait I’ve always LOVED chi o’s house do y’all actually think it needs to be changed?

XO is not getting a new house where did y’all hear this from lol. Their house is a classic and doesn’t need to be changed to fit in with the NR houses

Chi o was totally gutted and had the third floor and the wing that extends back to the parking deck added less than 10 years ago. It’s basically brand new except for the structure. Tri delt was one of the first houses to build and I do think they would have done some things differently if they had built later, but it’s still a nice house.

Can’t imagine looking at either one and thinking they’re tear downs lmao

The only sorority that will get a new house anytime in the next few decades is SK and that is when they have the financial resources to afford it. You all seem to think there is this big pool of money these houses have to pay millions of dollars on construction and renovations. The university requires a major down payment on any construction and it requires board approval.
