Study more. It should be “therefore”— and being your opinion top of NR still does not make a house that had to do COB and is at the bottom of the grade report a top house.

I agree....EXCEPT (I know this won't be popular as there are a lot of Old Row Moms on here), but I do think that Alpha Phi should be above Gamma Phi. There were a couple of bad apples in Alpha Phi and they are now gone. I also think KD above AGD...

I think your top tier is perfect.
Mid Tier - I feel AGD / KD/ PBP/ADPi are pretty interchangeable. All great houses...

Gphi should not be ranked higher than any of the bottom houses. I’d rather be DG, DZ or Theta, honestly.

If grades are your only flex…. Lol grades don’t make you a top house these are SOCIAL organizations your academics are a personal thing not the responsibility of the chapter to uphold

Speaking of someone in Greek life who like everyone else is aware of zeta dirty rushing… there’s no denying that pnms at the end of the day aren’t looking at your chapters grades and how many members they retain they’re looking at how pretty the girls are and how fun the chapter seems as much as that seems shallow it’s the TRUTH let’s stop denying this

It’s a NR house and doesn’t really draw any of the top Southern girls. I’m sure it will elevate as campus demographics continue to change.
I would not really rank the houses within the tiers because each house has its own vibe and returns during rush are likely very similar within the tiers. Someone who cares about sisterhood may choose DG or Theta over DZ or Gphi, or someone who cares more about partying, is going to prefer Aphi over AGD in that tier. They are totally different houses but not really better than the other per se to all PNMs. An AGD girl would be miserable in Aphi and vice versa.

You didn’t compare Alpha Brothel to holy AGD?! Aphi and Gphi are in no way in the same tier as AGD, KD and TriDelta.

Yes KD momma they are. They are top of NR there for they are top house on campus.\n\n\n\n\nAs for the rankings pretty accurate but I would move KKG up and above Tri Delt!
