Amazing : Phi mu, Zeta, AXO, XO
Very good: KKG, DDD, Alpha Gam, KD
Good: Pi phi, ADPI, DG, DZ
Needs work but good: Theta, SK, Aphi, Aopii, Gphi

Me and my roommates opinion (which aren’t really valid because we are totally biased so no idea why we are ranking in the first place) Order within tiers. I put each house in their spot for a reason.
Amazing : PM, Zeta, KKG, DDD, XO, AXO
Very good: PBP, AGD, KD
Good: ADPI, DZ, THETA, GPhi
Needs work but good: DG, SK, Aphi, Aopii,

I definitely feel Zeta is a top house and that pi phi is just under them
ADPI is almost in the same ranking as piphi/kd and I feel like they will be there after this next rush
I do think theta is on the same level as gphi/dz with their more recent pcs compared to aoii/dg’s recent pcs but not adpi
SK is bottom because it’s new and doesn’t have a solid foundation
And then aphi needs some work for obvious reasons

When you say theta is good based on recent pc’s. What are you basing this opinion on? It can’t be grades based on 2021 fall grade reports. Is it based then on looks?
This is why this site contradicts itself all the time. Zeta is put down based on being just a looks house but then other houses are ranked as getting better based on looks. What other qualities are you referring that thetas recent pc’s have?
These rankings really never look at the full range of qualities the members have because it can’t be done with houses having 400 girls. Every house has the range of all qualities for its members. The rankings in this site are based on perceptions .
That is why as the comments say every year to base your house after you go through rush and meet the girls.\n\n\n\n\n

Theta’s last two pledge classes are a lot cuter than they have historically been. Sorry that makes you mad.
They did have an off semester on grades but I’d wait a semester or more to make total judgment about that.
I think, grades, and friendliness are all factors. I also think the number of PNMs that a house takes from other houses interested in the same PNMs is also a sign of things going better. It’s very unlikely that Theta took girls from OR but they were competitive with many NR houses the last two years and will continue to be competitive among those houses.
