There are plenty of houses that are the total package - fun girls, lots of event, great GPA's. There are some houses that their GPA is low (Aphi and Gphi) and the amount of girls that drop is huge. The "top" houses do HUGE cuts after the first round.

It shouldn’t be your gpa is YOUR CONCERN you can be a 4.0 student in alpha phi and a 2.6 student in alpha chi who cares truly some sororities do because they have nothing else going for them besides that

They are a Christian sorority. They don't have a house and they are not an NPC sorority. They do their own recruitment...small group who minds their own business.

I do think grades are the only things that matter to some girls in college and all those girls rightfully end up in AGD. It’s the house with super smart, overachieving girls that all are nice with no other personality traits. No controversy. No highs or lows. No drama. No excitement. No fun. Just nice.

I think Theta has had much more social pledge classes during the last two years so they are no longer the nerdy, heavy girls anymore (not trying to be mean). Their freshman and sophomores are drastically different than their juniors and seniors. I think the younger pledge classes went a little off the rails last semester and the officers weren’t prepared for that. I know my roommate now has a lot of mandatory study hours because the older girls are mad at the socially outgoing younger girls. The house is going through a transformation.

^^^^ the transformation Theta is going through is going to be a wake up call for a few NR houses. Their last two pledge classes have been good and once they get their upperclassman out of the way they are going to be a force to be reckoned with. Watch out DZ, DG, AOPi, and GPhi...
