Fraternities location

Incoming freshman. What is the difference between old row, new row, jefferson houses, etc. Is one area more desirable than another and why?

university and jefferson are the two locations. university is by the stadium/strip jefferson is behind it.

old row/new row are two groups of fraternities

Go into it with an open mind and see where you feel comfortable. No matter what they say, OR / NR doesn't really matter. It's just stupid people on here being stupid.
