Why so many girls from Washington?

Extending on another greekrank comment, why ARE so many Seattle-ish girls coming to Bama? They're all from the same three cities and go into the same houses. Does Washington not have good greek life in any of their schools? ... or is our acceptance rate really just so high that we're taking their state schools' rejects?

Hi there! I’m a transfer from the University of Washington. I actually moved here because I always wanted to come here and branch out (our state schools consist of tons of high school friends as we are all very connected) and I went there for a year and it was just not for me! On the note of “rejects” to our state schools…I actually maintained a 4.0 there and got into the business school which is a huge deal. I just wasn’t happy!

My friend also transferred here with a 4.0 from UW because UA just has more opportunities and a culture she meshed with better. I don't see why it matters, though. She's happier than ever -- and that's what counts.

If girls come from Texas, Georgia and SC or NJ… thats okay?

why does this matter to you? there are people from all over the U.S. that go to Alabama.
