What is rush like for upperclassmen

by: pnm

I keep seeing posts about how upperclassmen have a better chance because they don’t have to compete with freshmen for houses quotas. Does that mean the rush process is different or what?

Same process, but different quota, so may not be as competitive depending on the numbers. But, a big reason it may be ‘better’ is having already made connections with girls in houses during your fall semester. If you haven’t done that, it may actually be harder because they will wonder why you didn’t take advantage of that time to get to know some of the sisters.

Then your process is to show up and impress. Sororities do take transfer upperclassmen if they are what the house is looking for.
