Go through next fall. There will be no stigma and there is a separate quota for upperclassmen so you will not be competing with freshmen, a definite plus. You will have an advantage at any house next fall where you have friends who will pull for you. Connections and your campus reputation will matter next year, and for any sororities that still accept recs, get them. Keep your grades up up up.

Is there also an upperclassmen quota for fraternities? Or just sororities?

No, there are no quotas in fraternity rush. They can pledge as many or as few as they want. Sorority rush is very structured process with a lot of rules and procedures, and quotas for sororities are limits on the numbers they can take, not a number that they must take. So there is a freshman limit and an upperclassman limit, but those numbers are not set until after the very final rush night. Anyone who attends and signs a contract stating they will accept a bid from either of the two houses, or the one house, they went to on the last night is guaranteed a bid. Nothing like that for fraternities where guys can get multiple bids and choose between but girls only get one bid.
