Sophomore/junior year housing
by: DormThis may of been asked before. Anyway my parents VERY strongly feel I should live in a dorm or sorority house until I'm 21. I know the culture here for sophomore year is to live in an apt/house or be inhouse. Are there any acceptable residential halls that aren't lame for a sohpmore/junior to live in? Apartment style would be ok as long it was on campus. Also what houses let you live in sohpmore and/or junior year. My cousin's house at another sec school is almost all junior and and sophomores in house.

This isn't as uncommon as it seems. My sohpmore year I lived in burke in a semi suite with my best friend who was in a different house. Honestly it was awesome. I mean not as good as the atmosphere in Tut, living in house or having a nice off campus apartment lol.... But it's alot of Greek and mostly other sophomores. Being so close to the houses and stadium was great. If you go that route you will spend more time in your house for meals and studying. As for junior year.... Talk to you parents if you don't live in house. It's SO weird to live in a dorm when you are a junior or senior. I'm honestly glad I lived in a dorm close to Greek life my 2nd year.

Clarification: it was still mostly freshman but it was not uncommon to have sophomores living there.
Also PLEASE don't pick a house based on living arrangements!
