by: cobi read that only girls who have friends in certain houses are considered for cob. is that true?

It helps a lot to be already known in a house, NGL, especially the more highly desired ones with very few spots. But that doesn't mean some houses won't consider you at all if they don't know you already. The surest way to not get a COB is to not try at all and not let anyone know you are interested. Get out there.
