Same with Aphi always doing a lot work on GR to convince everyone that they are top of middle tier and do not have any issues. Still they have to do COB and spring rush EVERY SEMESTER. Every 3 to 6 month the get at least 15 to 30 new members. If they could manage to keep their NMs they would have over 500 actives… but still over 50 actives do drop after fall/ spring recruitment .

What’s sad that if this is true, your house is still has less hype and relevancy during and after recruitment. The only reason you don’t have girls dropping is bc you have no social life without your sorority. Girls in ZTA/Aphi still have an amazing time because they’re pretty and fun. Also, be less obvious you’re an Adpi or Pi Phi. We know you are holding a grudge that with a “squeaky clean” rep, you still aren’t on top of NR and being invited to all the major frat events. Be more worried that Gphi and DZ are close to passing you in terms of relevancy 😂

All this means is that there were a lot of girls who graduated last spring and/or a large number of girls planning to graduate in december which is becoming more common. It doesn't mean that they didn't meet quota last year or that an abnormal number of girls dropped. Stop trying to make this seem like it's anything more than it is.

if they had winter grads then yeah there's open spots to be filled. same for every sorority in the spring
