You can’t put a house in one group or the other. The smart houses have plenty of party girls and some with bad grades and the party houses have plenty of smart girls and some
that don’t even drink.

You can. There are party and smart girls in all houses but the girl with a 4.0 gpa, president of honor society, and involved in 20 clubs in high school + likes to party is way more likely to land in a group B house.
