Could it be because they have a high return rate during rush, strong sisterhood, high GPAs, and strong campus involvement?

Can we just accept two things:
1. Girls will drop. Many get caught up in the hype when they first get to campus and can't wait to pledge. They may or may not get in the "right" house for them. They may find out sorority life is not for them. They may not want to follow rules and have people dictate what they have to do. They may find out they just don't need to be in a sorority to have a great college experience. They may not want to spend upwards of $10K a year. IT JUST HAPPENS.
2. Let's be honest here moms you all know AXO, XO, and KKG are not top. I will also second that AGD is not that high. Let's work on a reality check here because top tier is really only two or three sororities max. That is why they call it top. Top is not a chunk of five. Yes, they are all decent groups at Bama, but definitely not top.
