if we’re talking about rush and not scandals, aphi deff is on the same level and gphi is right behind. a lot of girls end up with aphi/pbp at pref and adp/aphi just don’t overlap bc they’re so different. gphi is getting better and id say the girls that aren’t at the top of pi phi/aphis/adpis bid list will pref with gphi and dz and becoming those houses treasure. so gphi/dz below adp/PBP/aphi but above aop/dg. which i could see changing bc gphi is more relevant than pi phi and adpi at this point.

It actually is common sense and the truth. Pi Phi/Adpi, you’re just getting scared of DZ and Gphi. Also know for a fact Aphi swaps with more top fraternities than both of you. Get over yourselves. Pi phi should be more mad at the fact they let ZTA surpass them.

well it actually does matter. the top houses get the most smart and involved girls (besides zeta), so in new row it rly is about social standing, looks, fun to be competitive. otherwise you’ll just be irrelevant, which is why zeta surpassed pi phi and why gphi who was at the very bottom passed aopi and dg.
