thinking of rushing

I’ve been initiated into a local sorority at my small school in a different state. We recently also had all greek life disaffiliated at my school. Would I be able to rush a sorority here or anywhere? I know you can’t be initiated elsewhere, but does a disaffiliated local org with no nationals count?

you can go through recruitment if it wasn’t NPC sorority but that doesn’t mean the chapter will want someone who’s been apart of something else
