Middle Tier:
Beta, Phi Psi, Phi Delt, DX, Sig Ep, DTD, KE, ZBT

Lower Tier:
Chi Phi, LXA, AKL and the rest of Jefferson Ave.

Move Phi Psi down one
Move Kappa Sig, Delta Chi and Delt up one in place of Pike.

It’s not wrong though. Those 3 Jeffy houses are collectively better than pike. Pike is an embarrassment.

KE is basically an Old Row house on Jefferson.
DX is just as good or better than a couple houses on University.
DTD has good guys that like to party. Cant say anything bad about them.
