2021 Fraternity Ranks w/ Reasons

There is no order within tiers, take this entire list with a grain of salt but I'll try and keep this as neutral as possible.

TOP: DKE/SNU/SAE - these houses will likely be top forever simply because of the prestige and mysteriousness surrounding them. SNU never has to advertise their basement parties they just always fill up, every girl wants to meet a DKE and SAE throws fun parties too. These fraternities may not throw the "biggest" parties but they definitely carry the highest prestige. Ask any upperclassman female about Undertakers or Stockholders and you'll see for yourself.

Upper: Pi Kapp/KA/Phi Gam/Phi Delt/Pike - Pike is known for their gameday pregames (most new row girls go here), Phi Gam & KA also have deep history on this campus and are very involved. Pi Kapp throws some of the best darties in the spring, and Phi Delts are always known for solid band parties. Their Hell's Angels party in the spring is also very popular.

Upper Mid: Theta Chi/Sigma Chi/ATO - these guys all throw decent parties (Sigma Chi had B.O.B. which was cool). Usually solid nice guys and are well-liked by sororities.

Mid: Beta/DTD/Sig Ep/DX - This is where stuff gets controversial. Beta throws either a really good band party (Keyglock) or a really bad one, no in between. DTD is here because they're a rising house imo. Huge pledge class, solid parties (LZRD this year was fun), good sorority relations. All sorority girls also love SigEp boys, and their Titanic date party is pretty sought-after. Delta Chi is probably the best fraternity on Jefferson, solid parties and good dudes (Rest in Peace Garrett).

Lower Mid: Phi Psi/LXA/Kappa Sigma - Even though Phi Psi is on University I put them here because to be honest they're just kinda there. Frost is fun but that's really it as they seem to get overshadowed by other University houses. Not being affiliated also hurts them. LXA I don't know too too much about but they seem to be somewhat-respected. Kappa Sigma also took a large pledge class this year and seems to be rising, they just don't have the sorority relations yet to be ranked higher.

Lower: Rest of Jefferson - nothing really to say here. The rest of Jefferson probably ranks with Chi Phi at the top and Delta Sig/AKL at the bottom with everyone else in between. To be honest I feel bad for the decent Jefferson houses (DX, DTD, etc.) since these houses bring them down.

Bottom: Off campus fraternities - unless you can't get a bid anywhere else, don't rush these.
