Incoming freshman looking at fraternities

I'm an incoming freshman from out of state (but southern), does old row/ new row make a difference? Also what houses are considered the best

Theyre all good except for a few on jefferson and the bus hub/off campus houses. New row is a mix of north and south (phi psi and pike being mostly north) and old row is exclusively southern.

If you’re going to join a Jefferson one make sure it’s an affiliated house (Kappa Sig, DChi, DTD).

New Row: Pi Kapp, Pike, Sigma Chi
