Idk why theta gets hate

Coming from a geed with a diverse group of sorority friends (OR and NR), theta has such a gorgeous house and some of the prettiest girls I’ve ever seen. Why do they get so much hate? They’ve been doing better and better with their PCs so the stereotypes are outdated at this point
