I am in an old row house that you would put on a top line probably, and I am really happy for the great class that Aphi got. They did really well, took girls with better grades who also happen to be pretty, and they deserve the hype. Does it make them a top house? No way! But I guarantee you that THEY are not the ones on here saying it. Most of those posts are clearly written by middle schoolers or something.

I didn't write it and I'm not worried by them. I just hate to see them perpetuate their lies. It's why they have such a problem with retention. If they'd just be honest about their house they'd get girls that wanted them, not what they're pretending to be
