STRONG MID-LEVEL WITH GREAT GROWTH TO UPPER MID-LEVEL WITH THEIR EYES ON TOP NR WITHIN THE NEW FEW YEARS WITH ZETA, BUT ZETA HAS LOW GRADES. AOII HAS HIGH GRADES. THEY HAVE BEEN MOVING UP SIGNIFICANTLY EACH YEAR ESPECIALLY AFTER THEIR NEW HOUSE WAS BUILT, AND THEY ARE STRONG NATIONALLY. THIS YEAR'S PLEDGE CLASS WILL BE IMPORTANT. STRONG GRADES AND REPRESENT A LOT OF STATES AND BACKGROUNDS. CERTAINLY STRONGER THAN APHI, DG, DZ, GPB, THETA, OR SK. I THINK THEY CROSS RUSH EQUALLY WITH ADII AND PBP. IN THE PAST, THEY HAVE CROSSED RUSHED WITH AGD.

I mean, no need to exaggerate. Yes, it's a strong house and rising, with pretty girls, high grades and a very strong sisterhood, no drama. They cross rush with ADP, DG, GPB, DZ and other mid/low mid levels. And yes, even some OR houses like AGD. Seen as lower maybe because they fly under the radar. I'd be willing to bet that most, if not all of their new PC is very happy to be there.
