Ok but why do frats swap with NR

Why do frats swap with new row houses like zeta aphi adpi and gphi so much confused how they are apparently not considered upper and top of so many frats like to swap with them and pnms want them… weird

All of the houses have swaps. NR frats swap more with NR sororities and OR swaps with OR. Occasionally dke will invite aphi or zta cause they think they’re easy. They swapped with theta a few years ago p sure as a joke and don’t think it went over well. DKE sucks lmao

It’s cuz of northern vs southern the people from the south often go old row and think they are superior then the northerners who go new row it’s just dumb
