Why is pi phi considered a good house?

pi phi IS a good house and definitely shares top of new row with zeta. regardless of how u feel ab it, pi phi is just as popular as zeta. the only difference is that most of the girls that rush zeta do it for the clout, and that most of the girls that rush pi phi do it because they fall in love with it during rush.

i hate to say it. i know all houses have their stereotype and that pi phi already has a good reputation for themselves and that will still stand but i honestly think they’re becoming more of a pretty house. obviously they’re a mixed group of girls that have fun and are smart but i think they’re rounding out and have been filling in their other cracks since rush of 2018 id estimate. there are so many genuinely beautiful girls in that house that would easily fit in with the “looks houses” and i think they’ve had super cute PCs the past few years
