Why is pi phi considered a good house?

Better house than Zeta. Better grades, reputation, quality of girls, involvement, respected on campus.

Top new row house. OP is the only one that seems to have a problem with that.

Cause they’re facey around campus and boys like them. They’re fun girls and they have decent grades. They’re not really ever ranked that high lol

I think they had a few years of hype because of YouTubers where they were well known but didn't manage to get to the top

They are almost Old Row. They’re the highest ranked new row house and most like a combination of XO, AXO, PM, DDD.

Youtuber influence. The youtubers are not representative of the entire house- they are top tier within the piphi house. GO and LN didn’t participate.

because pi phi has a genuine sisterhood and girls are easily able to see it through rush. half of the girls that went zeta or aphi today were saying they liked pi phi during philanthropy round then didn’t even get pi phi back for sisterhood… it’s definitely a sought after house and girls consider it to be a good house especially out of state girls

All of the girls I know in sororities pi phi’s seem to be the most genuinely happy in their house
