what’s the smarter choice between the two? i love them both but really want the best experience i can with the house i choose. i want to have a lot of fun and make memories i’ll never forget. who has the better house? which should i pick

Honestly go aphi. Even tho they have a rep for dumb girls there are a lot of smart girls in the house who have better grades than half the girls in the “smarter houses” you’re guaranteed to have a good time and there are so many groups of different girls you will fit in

Go APhi they are smarter more popular in the south and have an overall well rounded reputation. Their retention is much better than grade reports might suggest

I have friends in both and both are happy where they are. XO is classier, smarter, more involved and parties with better fraternities. APhi is more looks based, more laid back, but not as involved on campus and parties with mid-tier frats.
