ok ya I’m from TikTok and I’m in a sorority that doesn’t exist at Bama but can someone explain this in-state / out of state stuff is it really that important to be a southern bell

It’s not about being a southern belle it’s just about connections. All these girls from bham, mobile, atl all grew up together and know older girls in all the houses. Girls from far away don’t know nearly as many people
