Is it normal to talk to the same girls from the philanthropy round in the sisterhood round?

What house? Usually pref is the round where you’d talk to someone you spoke with earlier in the week. Philanthropy and sisterhood are about meeting multiple members to see if you’d fit in with them so that’s kinda odd
