No one wants to tell the honest truth but I will. If you are in a bottom house you won't be receiving the same experience compared to a top one. But it all depends on what you think matters. Does getting invited to a top frat date party matter to you? If you are in a bottom house don't bother. But you'll make friends either way.

Inaccurate. I’m in what you would consider a bottom house and I’ve been to date parties at every top house and formal every year. You’re just a hater trying to make people feel and look bad. Never once has a guy met me and gave a crap about my house.

Don’t stress out about the tier thing. Greek rank is a business. They make their money off of selling ads. They need active accounts with sticky eyeballs to promote to advertisers. How to create activity? Posting and Bumping tiers and ranks and creating these divisions where there are none. Alabama is a huge school for Greek Life and this is going to be an active week for GR already. But the negativity and straight up snobbery you see on here is the result of people paid to monitor these accounts and create it. This is NOT representative of Greek life here. Want proof? Watch how quickly this post is deleted. Have fun, enjoy this beautiful campus and these breathtaking sorority mansions and make some friends that will become your family for life. Stick with it and find your home.
