what do rec chairs tell actives about pnms?

I really liked all the houses today + yesterday, but realized that I filled out that I had not pledged a sorority last year, because I misread it as the question where it asks if I had been initiated. However, I DID pledge last yr, and talked about that experience in some of my houses yesterday.
Then, I saw on Tik Tok that rush chairs often get the actives rushing pnms a sheet with a lot of information.
What information are on these sheets? I just don't want the actives to think I was lying to them because of a mistake I made on my registration lol (if they do see the part about past pledging)

The sheets are a quick rundown of your basic info so conversations will go well, and any notes about you like 'this is one of our top pnm's' so that the rushers are prepared, and they are also for the rushers to make their notes on right after the party. They don't want to get anyone mixed up! (Was Ashley Davis the blond from Atlanta who plays soccer or was that Davis Ashley??? No Davis Ashley is the little sister of so-and-so's best friend in Opelika...) No one can hold all this stuff in their heads!
