two very diff convos: good or bad?

by: pnm

i went to a house party today and was really amazed. however, one conversation with a girl was more involvement/philanthropy based (with a super calm and "deeper" tone of convo), and the other was a super suuuuper bubbly convo about a shared hobby. i'm scared that the first girl felt uncomfortable when the more fun and lively convo happened in front of her after ours was more lowkey.

do houses do these different tones of conversation on purpose, or did i just ruin my chances at getting called back by being more bubbly in one convo than the other?

I’m sure it’s fine. On philanthropy round sometimes different girls are assigned different “topics” so to speak— one with be the heavy hitter with the philanthropy, and the other may just be trying to connect. Also, the second girl may have had plans to talk about something philanthropy related, but you just clicked and the convo went in a diff direction. Not bad at all.

absolutely not!! I know that this week is super stressful but I think it would be healthy to stop over analyzing everything (I know that’s way easier said than done) and just enjoy getting to meet new people!! Think about in your own normal life — would you be upset if a stranger liked your friend more than you?? If for some reason that did make you upset, would you then sabotage that same stranger?? The answer to both of those questions, I’m sure, is “absolutely not”!! I’m sure the more timid girl liked getting to know your personality a little bit better and also having deep conversations actually about the house is super duper important

They want to see if you’re a good fit and if you were vibing with the second girl the first girl was probably really happy to see that!
