Is it normal for a president, Vice President… whatever to come talk to you during rush?

Yes, chapter officers rush girls. Depending on the house they might actually be in a rotation group or they might be floaters.

if you’re meeting exec board every day you’re in one house, then YES - they want you. One party, one person - could just be random.

and if they come and talk to you it’s a huge compliment. that means that the house really likes you
